In a recent in-depth conversation with Professor Simon S.M. Ho, President of HSUHK, we explored the importance of forming corporate culture and values. Culture does not exist in isolation; it requires the collective acceptance, adherence, and sharing by every member.


As founders or leaders, maintaining and enhancing corporate culture is our undeniable responsibility. We must ensure that every employee, especially new team members, quickly understands and integrates these core values.


Leaders should lead by example, with all actions aligning with the company's values and principles. Additionally, we need to regularly engage with employees to discuss any overlooked issues and identify areas that require more attention.


Most importantly, leadership is not just about verbal guidance; it’s about embodying and genuinely believing in the values we promote. Let’s work together to create a culture of trust and collaboration, where every employee feels valued and connected.
